Access rights and cost sharing of Joint Submission participants are arranged by the "LoA" (Letter of Access).

You may start the LoA purchasing process for the substances whose data sharing process has been completed in Subscriptions list. To do this, you my visit Subscriptions list and click the "Purchase" button.

It is a purchasing method prepared for member registrants who are looking for an affordable solution in LoA purchasing. Requests from potential registrants are collected until the pool closing date. On the closing date of the pool, price distribution is made according to the number of potential registrants and tonnage band information in the pool. In case of potential registrant(s) who give up their registration status after the closing date of the pool, pricing is calculated again according to the net potential registrant(s). Then, these transactions are reported to potential registrants.

When you create a LoA purchase request and pay the required fee, you may immediately access the data related to the substance. When the purchase is made by the new users, reimbursement will be calculated in our system at regular intervals and sent to you.

You may purchase documents/data such as CSR, SDS, LoA via KKDIKPro software.
